Badges are used for gate entry and to receive cash premiums at the Hartford Fair.

Failure to submit a photo resulted in a badge NOT being issued for the 2025 Hartford Fair. Instead, a wristband will be issued that will allow gate entry into the 2025 Hartford Fair.  If a badge is not issued, a state issued picture ID will be required to receive premiums from the Intel Premium Bank. If an exhibitor does not have a state issued picture ID; a parent, advisor, teacher or leader with a state issued picture ID can pick up the exhibitor’s premiums.The Junior Fair Office will release all badges & wristbands on August 1st at Noon and each day after from 8:30am – 8:00pm.
